These Terms of Use govern all visitor and guest engagement across the Green-bryer hotel, web portals, on-site spa suites, and associated culinary establishments. Continued use constitutes explicit acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms, as well as our complementary Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these provisions, you must immediately refrain from initiating reservations or accessing hotel facilities and digital platforms.

All guest room bookings submitted through our digital portal or guest reception are subject to availability and formal verification by Green-bryer. When reserving accommodations, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and hold legal capacity to enter binding financial contracts.
• All personal identity and payment information provided during check-in or online booking is accurate, valid, and authentic.
• A valid government-issued photographic identification and an authorized payment card must be presented upon physical arrival.

Cancellation timeframes vary according to the tariff and rate tier selected at the time of booking:

No-show reservations without prior written communication will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee and immediate room release.

To preserve our peaceful hotel ambience, all patrons and visitors must observe guest decorum:

• Strict non-smoking policy applies throughout all private suites, interior hallways, and enclosed facilities.
• Quiet hours are strictly observed between 22:00 and 07:00 across all guest corridors.
• Use of therapeutic and thermal facilities must follow safety guidelines published in our Services and SPA policy.

Green-bryer reserves the right to terminate residency without refund if guests inflict property destruction or endanger staff and fellow guests.

In-room electronic safes are provided for guest convenience. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green-bryer is not liable for theft, disappearance, or damage to personal valuables not surrendered to management for secure custody.
